Price and Payment
Product pricing displayed on the Sonneti London® website is subject to change without notice. Prices charged to your payment provider at checkout will be the prices in effect at the time of checkout. Products remain the property of Sonneti London® until payment has been received in full.
We accept payment online using major credit cards and PayPal. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provided to complete your purchase.
Taxes in effect at time of purchase apply to all orders. We are required by HM Revenue and Customs to collect VAT tax on sales to UK residents.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship products to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delayed or failed deliveries.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, order size, and shipping service selected. Costs may update if you change quantities or shipping selections.
We ship via Royal Mail and courier services like DPD, UPS, and DHL. Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delivery delays.
Lost or stolen packages must be reported within 7 days of your expected delivery date to be eligible for refund or replacement. Extra protections like signature confirmation may be available at checkout for an added fee.
Returns and Refunds

Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order placed online, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to cancel orders that have not yet shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it per our returns policy once delivered.

We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, pricing, and stock status on our website. However, inconsistencies may occur due to updates in merchandise assortments, manufacturing changes, errors, or system limitations. As such, items viewed on our website may not always be available for purchase.
If an item in your shopping cart sells out before you checkout, we will notify you by email. You will not be charged for any out-of-stock products.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with products purchased from Sonneti London®, you may return eligible items for a refund subject to the terms below:
- Return window – You can return items within 28 days from the date you received your order. We calculate this date based on shipping tracking confirmation.
- Unused condition – Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage or use will not be accepted.
- Limited exceptions – For health and hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned unless they are in unopened original packaging.
- Refund type – We will refund your payment method the full purchase price paid at checkout. We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping – You are responsible for paying for and organizing your own return shipping. We recommend shipping returns with tracking for your protection.
- Processing time – We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your return. Refunds may take 2-5 days to post to your original payment method.

Product Warranty
Sonneti London® products include a limited warranty covering product defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty lasts for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase and is not transferable.
If you discover a defect and notify us within the warranty period, we will replace the product at no charge (including shipping charges). Replacement products assume the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Exclusions – This warranty does NOT apply to normal wear and tear, improper care or cleaning, accidents, unlawful modification or alteration of products, or use contrary to our instructions.
Warranty claims – To obtain warranty service, email customer support to explain the defect and attach photographs. We will provide instructions for replacement or refund.
Disclaimers – TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IF WE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
No Sonneti London® employee or representative is authorized to make any modification or addition to this warranty.
